{loadpostion peter}PageUp People CEO, Karen Cariss said Mark Rice had been appointed CFO and COO after 25 years experience in global finance, accounting and operational experience in private and public organisations.
Rice was CFO for Dell markets in the UK, EMEA, Australia and China and Hong Kong. Since permanently relocating to Australia in 2007, Rice has been CFO for an Australian-based hotel and resort company where he was actively involved in the successful disposal of a significant portfolio of properties.
'Clearly Mark possesses the multinational credentials that will enable our company to scale as we address the growing demand for our global talent management solutions. His experience at Dell, coupled with his proven credentials in operational and general management, will enable him to make substantial contributions to the future of PageUp People,' Cariss said.
