BT gets new NE Asia ops manager

BT has named Bill Lam as the new vice president for the company’s Northeast Asia operations, responsible for operations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and China.
In addition to his new role, Lam is president and CEO for BT Infonet China, a wholly-owned BT Infonet company. Prior to his current position, he held various senior management positions in international marketing and regional sales and marketing for Infonet Services Corporation, based in California and Asia Pacific.

Before that he held customer service, sales and marketing management positions in Cable & Wireless and the Hongkong Telecom group.
