Gray takes the chair at Bridge Point

Bridge Point Communications has appointed Carmel Gray as an external director and company chair.

"Carmel has a solid reputation and brings with her a wealth of experience gained from an executive career of more than 30 years in the IT, banking and finance sectors," said managing director Rob Siganto. "She has served in an advisory capacity for numerous organisations including the CSIRO, RMIT, Victoria University of Technology, Australian Information Industry Association and Queensland University of Technology."

Ms Gray's resume includes CIO at Suncorp, and general manager of energy information systems and managing director of Logica Australia. She previously served as chair of call centre specialist Information Technologies Australia, and is a non-executive director of the Bank of Queensland and chair of its audit committee.
