Telstra adds one million mobile services, but Sensis plummets

Nortel shuffles Asian management chairs

Nortel has appointed 20-year Nortel veteran Michael Pangia as president of Asia (Greater China, Japan, India, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and Pakistan) and has announced the departure of Robert Mao, president of Greater China, "to pursue other interests". His replacement has not been announced.
Pangia has held various senior management positions across different lines of business with Nortel and has worked in the US, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America. Previous roles include vice president for Global Enterprise Operations and Services and vice president of Finance for Nortel's optical business. Prior to this new appointment, he was the COO for Asia Pacific.
