Chandrasekaran moves south at Frost & Sullivan

Frost & Sullivan has appointed Arun Chandrasekaran as Asia Pacific research director of its ICT practice.

"We are delighted that Arun has joined us at this time just as the Australian IT industry gets set to focus on a renewed cycle in its overall growth," said Mark Dougan, the company's ANZ managing director.

"His regional work experience will be an advantage for our clients as they look to focus on new business development and an uptick in product marketing in 2011," added Mer Dougan.

Mr Chandrasekaran was most recently research manager for Frost & Sullivan in Singapore.  During his five years with the company, and previously worked for CSC, Fusion Technologies, and SSI Technologies.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Madras in India and an MBA from Nanyang Business School in Singapore.
