Marlow to manage Microsoft Australia

IT People - People

Microsoft Australia has appointed Pip Marlow as its general manager.

Ms Marlow previously held the joint roles of enterprise and partner group director and public sector director.

Her 15 years at Microsoft involve various roles in the US and Australia, and she previously worked for Agate Technology and Samsung Information Systems.

She succeeds Tracey Fellows, who was promoted to area vice president of Microsoft Asia Pacific last month.

"I feel both confident and proud handing the reins of Microsoft Australia to Pip," said Ms Fellows. "Pip has contributed so much, in so many parts of our business and the appointment couldn't be more deserved. Pip's local experience gives her many strong customer and partner relationships that will continue to grow in this new role."
