Tecala appointment for business growth

ICT consulting and solutions provider, Tecala, has appointed a new business development manager tasked with driving demand for the company's optimised infrastructure solutions and delivering new clients.



Tecala managing director, Gleuto Serafim, said Spiro Demopoulos had been appointed to the role and would be based in Sydney. 

Serafim said that Demopoulos joins Tecala with seven years' experience in the IT industry and was formerly NSW and ACT state manager for Pentana Solutions, a communications and IT company specialising in the development of software services and solutions for the automotive and associated industries.

He previously had eight years experience in the retail automotive industry in both Australia and South Africa.

'Spiro is a professional, results-driven and decisive executive with significant experience in both the retail and wholesale sectors.  He will play an integral role in our continued expansion, assisting clients to optimise their ICT infrastructure, building value relationships and substantially adding to the experience, skills base and business knowledge of Tecala's consultants and enterprise and infrastructure architects.'
