Printing and imaging group, Lexmark has appointed a new country manager for Australia and New Zealand in a move which the company says will play a critical role in supporting its ongoing success and the growing of its footprint in the ANZ market.
Lexmark vice president, Asia Pacific, Chin Hon-Cheng, said Les Howarth - most recently manager for Australia and New Zealand at Radware - had been appointed to the position. Howarth also worked for Citrix Systems, F5 Networks and HP.
Chin Hon-Cheng said Howarth will have responsibility for all facets of operations throughout Australia and New Zealand, and his primary objective will be to drive growth across the company's extensive range of innovative printing and imaging products, software, solutions and services.
'Les will directly support the sales and business relationship management teams, developing strategies to grow the company's already impressive customer portfolio. Les' strong country management track record will play a pivotal role in driving performance for our business locally. He will ensure the Australia and New Zealand teams are aligned with our Asia Pacific and worldwide colleagues to drive closer collaboration and deliver on broader business targets.'
