Entity Solutions gearing for growth

Professional engagement services provider, Entity Solutions, has strengthened its senior management team with new appointments in New South Wales and Queensland as the company pursues a vigorous growth strategy.

Entity Solutions CEO, Matthew Franceschini  said Michael Paine had been appointed NSW state manager and Chris McWilliam appointed to the position of Queensland state manager, effective immediately.

Franceschini said both Paine and McWilliam will be responsible for growing the business in NSW/QLD, supporting the existing customer base and ensuring the smooth running of the state operations. 'They will work together with the executive director team in the company's Melbourne head office to implement a strong growth strategy in their relevant market spaces.'

Paine has more than 14 years of business development and customer management experience across media, financial services, outsourcing and professional services industries, most recently working as the corporate Sales manager at Marshall Freeman. Prior to joining Entity Solutions, McWilliam worked for a number of high profile recruitment companies, most recently with Michael Page International's Tokyo operation. He has also run his own business for the last four years.
