Global unified IP communications provider, Interactive Intelligence is looking to further to bolster its presence in the Australian and New Zealand market with the appointment of an addition sales representative for both countries.
Rameses Florentino has been appointed as ANZ inside sales representative, based in Sydney, and Interactive Intelligence ANZ country manager, Brendan Maree, said Florentino will play an integral role in the company's continued expansion and 'support the ANZ sales and marketing team in driving awareness for all our solutions, including Interaction Process Automation which directly connects our communications platform to a customer's operational efficiency and profitability.'
Maree said Florentino joins Interactive Intelligence with more than 10 years' experience in inside sales, customer service and contact centre support and would be responsible for pre-sales prospect identification and qualification for Interactive Intelligence products as well as supporting marketing programs which drive brand awareness and partner and alliance lead momentum.
Florentino was previously inside sales and marketing consultant at FrontRange Solutions, and also worked with Expand Networks in support of the company's channel partners. Prior to that, Florentino was a licensing and affinity business development manager for LAN Systems and he also worked for DirectIT, Salmat, Coles Myer and GE Finance.
