Ovum new research head for APAC

Ovum has appointed a new senior analyst for consumer mobile communications for the Asia-Pacific region.

Ovum research director, David Kennedy said Nicole McCormick had joined the company from Informa Telecoms & media where she was senior analyst responsible for all of Asia. Kennedy said McCormick would lead Ovum's research, providing strategic advice to wireless operators, vendors and regulators, with responsibilities including the publishing of in-depth monthly research and regular comment on leading and breaking topics within the consumer mobile sector.
