Foot heads EMC's Federal sales

EMC has appointed Andrew Foot as its head of public sector - Federal, NSW and Victoria.

"I am particularly pleased to welcome Andrew into this newly formed Government-focused team," said David Webster, president, EMC Australia and New Zealand.

"He brings with him extensive knowledge of the Australian Public Sector, which we believe will further strengthen EMC's position in this market," added Webster.

Foot most recently held various senior roles at Symantec, including director of public sector and alliances. He was previously with Telstra.
