On the strength of what it says is 100 percent growth in the past 12 months, enterprise social computing consultancy, Headshift Australasia, has expanded its senior management team, appointing a consultant to the role of senior social business consultant.
Anne Bartlett-Bragg, managing director of Headshift Australasia, said Kate Carruthers had been appointed to the position. Bartlett-Bragg said Carruthers is a highly regarded consultant in the social media and digital technology sphere and will be 'vital in expanding Headshift's business locally and into Asia as well as providing technical expertise on the social software implementations.'
According to Bartlett-Bragg, Headshift has experienced 100 per cent growth in the past 12 months. 'There is growing interest from large businesses in the Asia Pacific region that are increasingly embracing and capitalising on the use of enterprise social software solutions.
'Kate has a unique combination of skills and experience to understand not only the 'people and processes' aspect of social software projects but the technical considerations as well. Kate brings strong strategic, project management and system architecture skills to the team and it's fantastic to have her on board.'
Bartlett-Bragg said Carruthers has held a number of positions as a strategy consultant and technologist, including for Hyro, Asia Pacific's largest and oldest digital services company and a wide range of blue chip companies such as Westfield, General Electric, AMP and Citigroup.
