Macquarie picks Koggalahewa as facilities manager

Macquarie Hosting, a division of Macquarie Telecom, has appointed Dinusha Koggalahewa as its new data centre facilities manager.

"We want to attract the market's best technology skills to Macquarie Telecom, and we are delighted that Dinusha is bringing a wealth of experience, managing mission critical data centres to our business," said Aidan Tudehope, Macquarie Telecom's managing director, hosting.

Koggalahewa was most recently data centre facilities manager for ANZ National Bank in Auckland, and was previously an electrical engineer and project manager for URS.

Koggalahewa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics (Power Systems) from the University of Auckland.
