Millett spent 11 years in the Royal Australian Navy, before moving into the banking industry including senior roles at Westpac, Pacific Commercial Bank (Samoa), and Standard Chartered Bank.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New South Wales, and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University.
