O'Hanlon was previously a senior vice president at Oracle following that company's acquisition of RuleBurst Holdings in December 2008.
Raik-Allen previously worked on the Telstra BigPond News, and with organisations including Sony, AOL, eBay, National Australia Bank, and the Victorian Government.
