Geoimage's Mike Peters is now the company's technical manager.
Peters' new role means he will be able to devote more time to research and development for the satellite imagery and geospatial service provider's products and services.
He will also be responsible for Geoimage's ICT systems, including maintenance and technical support as well as advanced satellite image processing.
