Hosted VoIP provider,ValueNet, has appointed Jim Mather as general manager, sales and marketing. Mather has over 25 years experience in the IT&T sector. In 1999, he returned from a 13 year stint in New Zealand as general manager of Anite Networks, New Zealand manager for Motorola and national sales manager for Telecom New Zealand. After that he spent a number of years as director of business sales for AAPT and, until recently, state manager for Primus.
