SAP Asia Pacific has appointed Simon Dale to the new strategic position as chief technology officer for Asia Pacific. Effective immediately, Dale will be responsible for the delivery of the Enterprise Services Architecture (ESA) and the transition of SAP’s Asia Pacific customers and partners to its Business Process Platform (BPP). Based in SAP’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, Dale continues to be a member of SAP’s Asia Pacific management team and will report to SAP Asia Pacific President & CEO Hans-Peter Klaey.Dale will also continue to be the vice president of the regional SAP NetWeaver business development team.
