Telstra has revealed the addition of almost one million new mobile services in the six months to December 2011, but Sensis revenues plummeted 24 percent in 12 months.

IBM has appointed Glen Boreham, CEO and managing director of IBM Australia & New Zealand. He replaces Philip Bullock, who has been promoted to head IBM's hardware business across the Asia Pacific region, based in Shanghai, after five years in his current role. Mr Boreham is currently managing director for IBM's business relationship with Telstra. Both appointments are effective immediately, with plans in place to ensure a smooth transition.
Mr Boreham brings broad experience in IBM and across a variety of industries to his new role. He joined IBM in Sydney in 1986 and has extensive international experience, with more than 8 years working in IBM's operations in Tokyo and London. In July 2004, he was appointed as IBM managing director for the Telstra business. He is a member of the IBM ANZ Executive Leadership Team and also serves on the board of IBM Australia Limited.
