Cybertrust nabs MessageLabs' marketing manager

Global IT security specialist, Cybertrust, as named Joe Lombardo Asia Pacific marketing manager and has promoted the former holder of the position, Jennie McLauchlin, to general manager, commercial sales.

Lombardo was formerly Asia Pacific marketing manager with MessageLabs. McLaughlin joined Cybertrust in 2004 and before that worked jointly for ActivCard and VeriSign in business development. She was previously employed by Optus in product marketing.

Paul O'Rourke, Cybertrust senior vice president and general manager, Asia Pacific, said that customers were becoming increasingly more sophisticated about their security postures and therefore Cybertrust was "engaging a team of people who can provide the highest levels of expertise across all disciplines".
