CRM's no Riddle for eSavvy's new solution architect

eSavvy has appointed Microsoft Dynamics CRM expert and Microsoft MVP Guy Riddle as its new solution architect.

"We are excited to have one of the most senior experts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM on the eSavvy team," said managing director David Goad.

"Guy Riddle brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained in some of the largest CRM deployments in Australia. Having Guy on board will bring us a step closer of realising our goal of becoming a leading provider, and partner of choice, for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the Australian enterprise customer segment," he added.

Riddle formerly led Praxa's Microsoft Dynamics CRM product strategy, and was one of the first consultants in the Asia Pacific region to become Microsoft CRM certified. He is also a Microsoft Business Solutions Certified Instructor and a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

15 of Riddle's 25 years in the IT industry have been in the CRM sector, and he has worked in the UK and Hong Kong as well as Australia.
