Contact centre technology specialist Touchbase has appointed Mark Smallwood as practices leader for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Touchbase, Smallwood was the NSW CIS manager with Dimension Data. Previously, he was a senior product manager and manager of Voice Services Customer Care with Telstra Managed Services Products.
