Compuware is looking to expand business with its partner network in Australia and New Zealand with the appointment today of a new manager, channels and alliance for ANZ.
Steve Jobson, vice president for Compuware
Australia, New Zealand and Japan, announced the appointment of Franco
Flore with responsibility for “implementing the Compuware Partner
Network (CPN) in Australia and New Zealand,” which he said includes
“new solution service offerings and go-to-market resources that enable
business partners to effectively address the significant application
delivery and IT management challenges confronting organisations.”
Flore said it was his role to "seek out and develop business partners
that can best deliver real and lasting business service delivery
solutions for our customers.” According to Flore, “the Compuware
Partner Network supports partners of all sizes and types, from
specialty boutique partners to local and global value added resellers
and integrators, and even OEMs. We partner with companies that have the
knowledge to implement our business service delivery solutions and
guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.”
Flore said Compuware’s business service delivery approach ensures that
organisations maximise the business value of IT by “improving customer
value and reducing costs and includes both IT service management and IT
portfolio management solutions.”
Flore first joined Compuware in South Africa in 1996 as a consultant,
later transferring to product marketing before moving to Europe to take
up a position as Compuware’s product manager for its application
delivery management solutions. Prior to joining Compuware, he worked as
an IT analyst in applications development for a South African mining
group.
