Application infrastructure vendor Progress Software has promoted Mitchell Chapman to Australia and New Zealand regional director. Chapman, who was formerly general manager, sales, will be responsible for leading the Australia and New Zealand teams and is located in the Sydney office. He joined Progress Software in May 2005.
