ANZ appointments for NorthgateArinso

HR systems and services vendor, NorthgateArinso, has appointed a new head of its Australian and New Zealand operation as it looks to expand its business in the ANZ market.


NorthgateArinso CEO, MikeEttling, announced the appointment of Jim Walker as head of the company’s ANZ business and Jürgen Seibert to lead the company’s global sales and marketing team.

Ettling said Walker’s appointment comes at an “exciting time for NorthgateArinso as it expands its commitment to the Australian market. Walker has over 25 years’ experience in the finance and technology sector with at SAP, KPMG and IBM.

“I’m joining NorthgateArinso at an important time in its growth,” Walker said, adding that he “relished the opportunities and challenges ahead. Our leading position provides an ideal base from which to explore further opportunities to deliver value for our customers, and to help them meet the challenges that they face both now and in the future.”

Jürgen Seibert said he would focus on NorthgateArinso’s business development, sales and marketing, “by maximising growth opportunities around the globe, developing and sharing innovation and best practice, and improving sales effectiveness.”

Seibert, a 20 year veteran of the IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) industry,  joins the company from his previous role as VP sales of global outsourcing and infrastructure services at Unisys, and before that in sales and management with Hewlett-Packard.
