AAPT has appointed Bjarke Porsbro-Pedersen as business development manager, Gold Coast. He joins AAPT from Brisbane-based Technisyst, where he was general manager of sales and marketing.

Prior to this, he worked in a variety of roles including business development manager, Australia for Link Communications and senior Queensland account manager of Pacific Internet.

AAPT's general manager, corporate and medium enterprise sales, Gregg Roy, said the company had a Queensland customer base of over 116,000 and growing.

Porsbro-Pedersen joins more than 480 employees already working in the Robina Contact Centre. "Queensland is one of Australia's fastest growing economies. It is no coincidence that 30 percent of our entire workforce is based there, particularly when Robina continues to provide a wealth of strong qualified talent," Roy added.
