Epicor’s board of directors announced the reappointment, with Klaus succeeding Tom Kelly in the roles of president and chief executive. Most recently, Klaus was the company’s executive chairman and previously, from 1996 to 2008, he was Epicor’s CEO.
“During his tenure as Epicor's CEO, Klaus grew the company's revenue from approximately $30 million to half a billion dollars. He has a long history of restoring shareholder confidence in high technology companies through his strong leadership, and focus on delivering consistent revenue growth and profitability."
