Telstra's regulatory head joins Span board

Telstra's head of regulatory affairs, Kate McKenzie, has been appointed a director of the Service Providers' Industry Assocation (SPAN) replacing a representative of Telstra Wholesale.

McKenzie is deputy group managing director of the Telstra Public Policy and Communications group, managing Telstra's regulatory affairs, communications and federal government relations. She is one of five new directors announced this week. The others are Brian Currie from Hutchison Telecoms, Jules Rumsey from Telarus and Roger Nicoll from Primus. They replace Yasmin Dugan from Telstra Wholesale, Steve Wright from Hutchison Telecoms and Greg Wilson from Primus.
