Execution management consultancy CharterMason has appointed international program management consultant and long-term government expert Dallys Young to its Canberra office.

"With a deep understanding of the complexities of government – and with networks across public and private sectors both in Australia and overseas – she will drive the expansion of CharterMason's Canberra operations," said CEO Stuart McGregor.

Young's public service career spanned 30 years.
