ISP Pacific Internet (Australia) has appointed Louisa Gregory as its new Human Resources Manager. As a member of the company's senior management team, she directs the national human resource function that caters for 135 employees spread across four sites. Gregory has been with the company since 2002 and previously headed up Pacific Internet's customer accounts team. She has substantial call centre management experience and prior to joining Pacific Internet she spent eight years at SingTel Optus.
