Name recognition software developer, Language Analysis Systems, has appointed Frank Jensen as managing director, Australia and Asia Pacific. The appointment is the first to be made under the company’s new international expansion plan to extend its reach beyond the US into Australia and Asia-Pacific. Jensen will be responsible for establishing LAS in Australia, managing the company’s Canberra office, driving sales and coordinating the company’s entrance into other Asia Pacific markets, including Singapore and New Zealand. Prior to joining LAS, Jensen held a global channel and partner management role with The Distillery, a company involved in intelligence and investigations management applications. In his 15 year career, Jensen has held a number of business development and management roles with companies including: Viewlocity, Frontec, Global One, and First Data Integrator.
