Perth-based email and web monitoring software developer, WebSpy (ASX: WSY), has appointed Lagis Zavros as chief operating officer. Zavros will replace Julia Andrys who will remain with the company until the end of the year to assist Zavros and oversee the completion of a software development cycle. Zavros has worked in Europe and the US and has held key positions in information technology companies in Australia over the past ten years including, regional general manager KAZ Group, director of business development Fundi Group, and others. His last 12 months has been spent moving a local technology operator overseas to its new headquarters in Orange County USA.
