Business management applications vendor, Sage ACCPAC Pacific, has appointed Santiago Solimei as professional services manager, based in Sydney. Solimei has been involved with business systems for more than a decade in numerous countries. After commencing his career as an assurance consultant at Arthur Andersen in Argentina, he moved to Melbourne with Moor Stephens Technology seven years ago, where he worked as a risk management and internal audit senior consultant for three years. He then progressed into IT consultancy with the organisation in London, Edinburgh and Costa Rica. Most recently he headed the Microsoft Axapta division in Melbourne for three and a half years, where he was involved with assignments in the Australian, New Zealand, Chinese and Japanese markets.
