Advantate picks leadership team

Recently-formed search engine marketing specialist Advantate has announced its leadership team.

Chris Afentoulis is the chief financial officer. He was previously an audit supervisor with PKF, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Joseph Hanna is the chief technology officer. He was most recently technology director of MyCareer.com.au.

Remone Tawadros is the operations director. Tawadros has previously worked for companies such as Melbourne IT, iProspect, Telstra Dome and Holden.

Shane Tomlinson is the sales director. He previously worked for companies such as Seek.com.au, Telstra and BOC Gases.

"These executives together bring to Advantate decades of experience in the online world," said CEO Lisa Watts.

"Most have direct experience with Advantate's parent companies Melbourne IT and Fairfax Digital. In their respective roles they will bring to bear this pedigree, to establish the processes and operational foundations that will establish Advantate as a truly innovative digital service provider for our customers."
