Saunders is the new CFO at m2m

Listed technology investment company m2m Corporation has appointed Peter Saunders to the role of chief financial officer.

"[Saunders] will add strength to our executive pool in this period of expansion of the currently owned businesses in the m2m investment portfolio focussing on improving their operating performance, integrating the existing businesses and building a platform for substantial growth," said CEO Michael So.

"Peter will enable my time and that of the executive chairman to be utilized more on business development including the opportunities currently under evaluation."

Saunders previously worked for Telecom Corporation of New Zealand and Solution 6 Holdings.

He holds first degrees in law and commerce, and a masters degree in science and technology commercialisation. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
