A new Frendt for Haley

Natural-language specialist Haley has appointed Scott Frendt to the new position of vice president of sales for the Americas.

"We are very happy to add Scott to our senior team, said CEO Dominic O'Hanlon.

"His background and experience, especially within the government vertical, fit perfectly with our strategy for rapid growth in North America. This is the most important and promising market for Haley, and the public sector in particular holds tremendous potential."

Frendt was most recently regional vice president in charge of the public sector line of business for CRM application sales at Oracle. He previously spent 24 years with Unisys.

He is a graduate of the University of Indiana.
