Epsilon taps Richmond for regional role

Email marketer Epsilon International has appointed Cynthia Richmond as regional director, Australasia.

"Cynthia's proven experience at driving results and managing large client portfolios for leading enterprise software and services organisations is truly exceptional. Her ability to identify challenges with client processes and strategy, and to provide innovative and practical solutions that drive client ROI will be indispensable," said Dominic Powers, senior vice president Asia Pacific.

Richmond previously ran her own business management and change management consultancy, and has worked with companies such as Sun Microsystems, IBM, Avaya and Novell.
