Waters role in the Pacific

CRM and SFA specialist RightNow Technologies has appointed Brett Waters as vice president for Asia Pacific – South.

"Brett's skills and experience are a perfect match for managing our team of highly talented and motivated sales professionals in the region," said Steve Daines, vice president and general manager, Asia Pacific.

"His proven knowledge of enterprise software solutions twinned with his skill at understanding customer requirements is a winning combination for building success for our customers in the south Asia Pacific region," he added.

Waters has been with the company for three years, and previously worked for Oracle in a variety of sales and marketing roles.

His territory in the new role includes Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia and the Philippines.
