Fresh Aspect on Bevacqua's career

Unified communications specialist Aspect Software has appointed Tony Bevacqua as its solutions consultant.

"Tony's significant experience in IP telephony, as well as his extensive project management skills will help our customers transform their call centres into strategic extensions of their business operations," said Michael Stelzer, country manager for Australia and New Zealand.

Bevacqua was most recently a solutions consultant at Telstra Business Systems, and his previous positions include roles with National Australia Bank and Telstra Directory Assistance.

"My goal is to help Australian enterprises reap the fruits of unified communications for the contact centre with solutions designed for their individual business cases," he said.
