He served on HP’s board of directors from 1993 to 2002 and from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Wayman was also interim CEO for Hewlett-Packard in 2005. Wayman is also a director of Conway Inc., Affymetrix, and Sybase Inc. and graduated with a bachelor's degree in science engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University.
