Telstra has revealed the addition of almost one million new mobile services in the six months to December 2011, but Sensis revenues plummeted 24 percent in 12 months.

Bowtell was most recently a business development executive at Polaris Communications, but her 12-year career also includes various roles at Telstra.
Bowtell is also the president of the Customer Contact Management Association (she served as vice president in 2005), and is a founding member of the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders.
