Telstra has revealed the addition of almost one million new mobile services in the six months to December 2011, but Sensis revenues plummeted 24 percent in 12 months.
Weiss is a seven-year Quest veteran, previously working at the company's headquarters in Aliso Viejo, California as the product marketing manager for Toad.
With a curious symmetry, Weiss's predecessor in her new role has been transferred to Quest's headquarters.
Graham Dean, sales manager for Quest Software Australia and New Zealand said "Cecilia's appointment will enable customers to benefit from the vast experience of Quest's products she brings to the role. In particular, her dedication to Toad and Quest over the years will enable her to further drive lasting relationships with Toad users in Australia and New Zealand."
Weiss is the person behind Toad World, the online community for Toad users. Toad is Quest's database development and management tool for Oracle, DB2, SQL Server and MySQL.
