Sybase taps Ip for banking and finance

Sybase has appointed Leo Ip as strategic account manager, leading the banking and financial services sector for Australia's northern region. "Leo's impressive experience in sales and his knowledge of the financial sector will make a tremendous contribution to Sybase’s expanding business operations in the region," said Robert Spinks, sales director of Sybase Australia. "His proven track record in business development will take the national sales team to new heights."

Ip previously worked for GE Technologies, Telelogic Software, BMC Software, and Compuware, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Accounting from the University of Western Sydney.
