Telstra has revealed the addition of almost one million new mobile services in the six months to December 2011, but Sensis revenues plummeted 24 percent in 12 months.
Education software and managed IT services provider, Editure, has appointed Barbara Evans as the new Education Technology division General Manager, based in Melbourne. Ms Evans has more than 25 years experience in program management, training, and practice development. Her career includes six years at IBM’s business consultancy services arm, responsible for program management, business development and staff training across a diverse range of areas including CRM and Service Oriented Architecture. She also led several of IBM’s strategic outsourcing activities. She has also had roles with DMR Consulting (now part of Fujitsu Consulting) and in the IT recruitment industry. Ms Evans' appointment is one of several senior executive additions to the team Editure expects to make following a recent organisational change after its merger with A.U.S.S.I.E, the US-based teacher professional development firm in April this year.
