Telstra has revealed the addition of almost one million new mobile services in the six months to December 2011, but Sensis revenues plummeted 24 percent in 12 months.
Superannuation consulting practice, IQ Business Group (IQ), has appointed Elizabeth North to the position of General Manager of Operations Consulting Practice, and Brian Mitchell to the role of Account Executive. Ms North has a 25 year background in management, consulting and project roles for organisations within the Australian superannuation industry. She is a current active member of the ASFA 102 Administration Committee and is considered a specialist in superannuation administration systems development and maintenance. She will be based in the company’s Sydney office and will report directly to Graham Sammells, CEO for IQ Business Group in Australia. Mitchell will be responsible for ongoing business development and account management from the consultancy’s Melbourne headquarters. He joins IQ from the role of General Manager of the Acurity division at systems vendor Financial Synergy.
