Call center provider GlobalConnect Australia has appointed Trish McBride and Joanne Feehan as two new account directors based in its Melbourne office. Trish McBride joins GlobalConnect Australia with 21 years’ experience in IT sales management. Most recently, she was a sales executive in voice and data solutions for VoIP, a wholly owned Australian company specialising in voice and data network convergence. She previously worked at Rockwell FirstPoint Contact as Channel Account and Business Development Manager. She has also worked in senior sales and management positions with Memorex Telex and Lava Systems, and at Karora Technologies where she was Managing Director. Joanne Feehan joins GlobalConnect Australia with 12 years of sales and account management experience in the IT industry, including seven years with Macquarie Telecom, where she was a business manager.
