Polycom promotes Michael Chetner to ANZ country manager

Polycom has appointed Michael Chetner as country manager for Australia and New Zealand. He was previously the director of Polycom sales operations for the Asia Pacific region, and has also worked for BHP Billiton and Vodafone.

"My previous role managing these relationships in Asia Pacific has provided me with insights that I will now leverage at the local level," said Chetner.

"I look forward to increasing the awareness for enterprise products such as our high end telepresence suite, the Polycom RPX," he added.

Polycom is planning to open a Melbourne office and to increase staff numbers.
