PayGlobal launches Melbourne office

IT People - Enterprise

HR and payroll software company, PayGlobal, has opened a new Melbourne office citing growing demand for its professional services in Australia.

PayGlobal, which provides organisations with a range of Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS), including fully integrated payroll, rostering, time and attendance, human resources, HR self-service and web recruiting software, first opened an office in Australia in 1999.

Melissa Clark-Reynolds, who was appointed PayGlobal CEO earlier this year, says Australia continues to drive the company’s growth strategy in the region.  The company employs 40 people in Australia, has an established office in Sydney and sells through both a direct and partner go-to-market strategy.

By January 2007, PayGlobal expects to have over 15 Melbourne-based staff to complement its existing Sydney headquarters and has recently appointed Jim Aivaliotis, Professional Services Manager, to head up the new office.

Aivaliotis joined the company from employer service giant, ADP, where he was General Manager for client support services across the Asia Pacific region.  He has 12 years’ experience in human resource management.
