After sixteen years with Nintendo Australia, the last two and a half years as Managing Director, Rose Lappin has declared that her time has come to move on to new challenges.

Lappin said 'I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at NAL and have built some wonderful relationships.'

Lappin also introduced Yuji Bando as her successor in the role of Managing Director.  Bando comes directly from Nintendo Japan and has worked with Nintendo of America for eight years.
